About Us

Community Friends of Santa Barbara™, formerly known as Assistance League® of Santa Barbara, is a member-volunteer run organization with no executive director or paid staff. With over 350 members, we volunteer over 50,000 hours a year to support and implement 15 philanthropic programs. Our Board of Directors, made up of elected officers and committee chairs, is voted in by the membership each year.
